Julia Polniuk is 10 years old and figure skating. She has less and less time to achieve success and to meet her mother's expectations. The Polniuk family moved from Ukraine to Poland after the outburst of the Euromaidan Revolution. Now they are starting over in Warsaw. Without a job, with no relatives, not knowing the language. Marina has a single goal: she wants to give her children a good start. This year Julia is struggling to qualify for the Polish Youth Championships. For Julia it would bring the success she wishes for. For her mother it would mean all the risks were worth taking. Will Julia manage to spread her wings with the burden of her family’s expectations on her shoulders?
