Los Reyes is the largest and oldest skate park in Santiago, the capital of Chile. It is a place where teenage board enthusiasts gather. They come from very different, sometimes troubled backgrounds. Each of them has its own story, which they tell us from the voiceover. The main characters of the film and the true kings of the park are two stray dogs, Chola and Fútbol, their common games and strong relationship. When filmmakers directed the camera at the dogs, teenage skaters gained the necessary anonymity.
