DESCRIPTION

During colonial times in African countries, Europeans exploited raw materials and exported people. In post-colonial times, relations are different, and in Ghana there is a landfill site for toxic e-waste, the remains of computers. You can easily extract hard drives from them and get a huge amount of information useful for blackmail. A group of online scammers extort money through social media, the victims from USA and Western Europe. They see these crimes as an act of reparation for colonial crimes.
